The Japanese-fashion label Undercover is collaborating with Nike to release a collection of Nike Daybreak in seven colourways. The seven colourways are Black/White/Summit White, Blue Jay/Summit White/Black, and Bright Citron/Black/Summit for men; Luck Green/University Red/Sail, University Red/Black/Spruce Aura, Black/Sail and Obsidian/Gold/Dart Sail for women. Nike has unveiled the first two colourways for men which will be released early June.
The shoe comes with a mix of suede and textile upper. It features the traditional lacing system and the Nike swoosh logo is detailed on the lateral side in a white hue. An extended heel clip is incorporated to give the kick additional support and stability. The toe cap and eye stay feature suede overlays to better the structural integrity of the upper.
A closer view at the shoe shows a speckled midsole which kind of add to its aesthetic look. Nike Daybreak Undercover features Undercover brandings on the tongue label, midsole and heel tab. The brandings represent a sign of tribute to Takahashi’s mix of chaos and Creativity.
