Adidas will be releasing two new colourways of the Alphaedge shoe later this month. The shoe features Primeknit textile and forged fibre mesh upper. Though the material upper was designed to hug a foot like a sock, the shoe still comes with a lacing system for additional support and stability. The tongue and heel feature a pull tab to enable easy slip on and off. The heel cap on each side of the heel offers more supports. Each heel cap accents Adidas branding.
The upper sits on a 3D printed sole unit. A closer view on the shoe will show the 4D midsole that appears in a lattice structure. The outsole is made with Continental Rubber and is designed to provide excellent traction on wet and dry surfaces.
